Entering the Wales HR Awards is very straightforward – you simply have to complete the relevant entry form for your chosen categories and submit it by 11.59pm, Monday 9th December 2019.

Entry Terms & Conditions

  1. The awards will be administered by partners Acorn and Darwin Gray LLP (DG).
  2. Acorn and DG will appoint a panel of judges to make an assessment of the entries, and to draw up a shortlist and winner in each award category.
  3. The Judges’ decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  4. All entries must be accompanied by a completed online entry form, which will be acknowledged by email.
  5. By entering the Wales HR Awards, you agree to supply any additional financial or other information requested. All information supplied will be treated confidentially. By entering the Wales HR Awards, entrants consent to this information being made available to the judges. Please ensure you have the necessary authority / permission to share this information with us.
  6. Finalists will be required (and implicitly agree through their entry) to participate in promotional activities or PR supporting the awards, for this year and future awards.
  7. The Judges reserve the right to withdraw an award category should they feel the entries are not of sufficient merit.
  8. The Judges may also place an entry into a different category at their discretion.
  9. Shortlisted entrants will be notified by email; if you have not heard from us by the middle of February 2020 you have not been shortlisted.
  10. Closing date for entries is 11.59pm, Monday 9th December 2019. Entries received after this date will not be accepted.
